How long does carpet cleaning take to dry?
Most carpets are dry within 2–4 hours after a professional clean, though thicker carpets may take up to 6 hours. We use equipment that extracts as much moisture as possible to speed up the drying time.
Can you remove all stains?
We can remove the vast majority of stains including coffee, wine, mud and pet accidents. Some older or set-in stains may be partially reduced rather than fully removed — we'll always be honest with you about what's achievable before we start.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
For homes we recommend a professional clean every 12–18 months. For commercial premises with heavy footfall, every 6–12 months is more appropriate. Regular professional cleaning extends carpet life significantly.
