We clean to the standard expected by letting agents and landlords across Brighton and Sussex. While we cannot guarantee what any individual agent or landlord will say, our end of tenancy clean meets the standard checklist requirements and the vast majority of our clients have no deposit disputes following our clean.
What does an end of tenancy clean include?
Our end of tenancy clean covers every room in the property: kitchen appliances inside and out, bathrooms and en-suites, internal windows and sills, carpets and hard flooring, skirting boards, doors and light switches. We work to a letting-agent standard checklist.
How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
A typical one-bedroom flat takes around 3–4 hours. A larger house can take a full day. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you get in touch with your property details.
Can landlords book as well as tenants?
Absolutely. We work with both tenants moving out and landlords preparing a property for new occupants. We're equally happy to liaise with letting agents directly if preferred.
